优质护理对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者心理状态、睡眠质量影响研究

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Mental State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Diabetes

目的:探讨优质护理对于脑梗死合并糖尿病患者心理状态和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院思明分院内科收治的脑梗死合并糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理,在2组之间比较治疗依从性、心理评分、睡眠质量评分。结果:关于治疗依从性,观察组总依从率的数值比对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组关于焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量的分数均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑梗死合并糖尿病患者落实优质护理方案,可增强其对于医护工作的配合度,有利于改善其心理状态和睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of high quality nursing on the mental state and sleep quality of patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes were collected in Department of Internal Medicine,Siming Branch,The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,the selected cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received high quality nursing.The treatment compliance,psychological scores and sleep quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Regarding treatment compliance,the total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing program for patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes can enhance the cooperation of patients with medical work,improve the psychological status and sleep quality of patients.
