睡眠护理管理对脑梗死患者病情康复及心理状态的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Sleep Nursing Management on the Rehabilitation and Psychological Status of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨睡眠护理管理对脑梗死患者病情康复及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。分别予以常规护理、睡眠护理管理,比较2组患者病情康复状况、心理状态、睡眠指标等。结果:护理后,TGF-β_(1)、GAP-43、MBP、SAS评分、SDS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组夜间睡眠觉醒次数低于对照组,总睡眠时间高于对照组、睡眠潜伏时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者接受睡眠护理管理,能改善其睡眠质量,保持良好心态,利于病情康复。

Objective:To explore the impact of sleep nursing management on the rehabilitation and psychological status of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted into Neurology,People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received sleep care management.The recovery status,psychological state,and sleep indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After nursing,TGF-β_1,GAP-43,MBP,SAS scores and SDS scores were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The number of sleep and wake in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total sleep time was higher than that in the control group,and the sleep latency time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Receiving sleep care management for patients with cerebral infarction can improve their sleep quality,maintain a good mentality,and facilitate the recovery of their condition.
