多模式疼痛干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Multimodal Pain Intervention on the Psychology and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Cholecystectomy

目的:评估多模式疼痛干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年9月福建省福州市第二医院肝胆外科胆囊结石行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者以常规护理为主,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施多模式疼痛干预,分析2组护理干预后对心理负担及睡眠质量的变化情况。结果:观察组心理状态及疼痛评分较对照组患者明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量各项评分较对照组患者更低(P<0.05);观察组患者肛门排气恢复、下床活动及住院时间较对照组患者更短(P<0.05)。结论:多模式疼痛干预能够缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者心理负担,且利于患者睡眠质量的提高,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of multimodal pain intervention on psychological status and sleep quality in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones in the Hepatobiliary Department of the Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group mainly received routine nursing care,while the observation group implemented multimodal pain intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.The changes in psychological burden and sleep quality after nursing intervention in both groups were analyzed.Results:The psychological status and pain score of the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group patients(P<0.05).The recovery of anal exhaust,mobilization from bed,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal pain intervention can alleviate the psychological burden of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and improve their sleep quality,which is worth promoting.
