手术室护理对创伤骨折患者术后改善睡眠质量及减少并发症的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Operating Room Nursing on Improving Sleep Quality and Reducing Complications in Patients with Traumatic Fractures after Surgery

目的:总结归纳手术室护理在创伤骨折患者术后应用价值,对改善患者睡眠质量减少并发症的影响效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院收治的创伤性骨折患者80例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组创伤骨折患者展开常规护理干预措施,而观察组则进行手术室护理。结果:术后1 d、7 d,观察组患者的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后7 d,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的术后并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05),另外,观察组患者下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,骨折愈合周期也早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理服务对降低创伤性患者术骨折后并发症具有积极作用,对改善患者病情,减少并发症发生,具有显著效果。

Objective:To summarize and summarize the application value of operating room nursing in postoperative trauma and fracture patients,and its impact on improving patient sleep quality and reducing complications.Methods:A total of 80 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University in Fujian Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The grouping method was chosen by drawing lots,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group of patients with traumatic fractures underwent routine nursing interventions.The observation group received operating room care.Results:On the 1st and 7th day after surgery,the pain scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the sleep quality score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group had earlier bedtime activity,shorter hospital stay,and earlier fracture healing cycle compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing services have a positive effect on reducing postoperative complications in traumatic patients,improving their condition,and reducing the occurrence of complications,with significant effects.
