3H护理模式与营养支持联合应用于胃癌术后患者中的分析及对PSQI评分与POMS评分的影响

Analysis of 3H Nursing Mode Combined with Nutritional Support in Patients with Gastric Cancer after Surgery and Its Effect on PSQI Score and POMS Score

目的:胃癌术后患者采用3H护理模式联合营养支持对睡眠质量和心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院胃肠外科收治的胃癌患者90例作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上进行3H护理模式与营养支持的护理方法,分析其结果。结果:观察组的临床相关指标、应激反应以及免疫功能相关指标较为优越(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌术后患者采用2种方式联合干预具有较为明显的差异,能够改善患者的应激反应、睡眠质量以及免疫功能,缓解其心境状态,减少并发症,加速临床恢复速度。

Objective:Effects of 3H nursing mode combined with nutritional support on sleep quality and psychological state in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the 1∶1 allocation principle by touch ball method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing methods,and the observation group received 3H nursing mode and nutritional support nursing methods on the basis of the control group,and the results were analyzed.Results:The clinical related indexes,stress response and immune function related indexes of observation group were superior(P<0.05);after nursing,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the two methods has obvious differences in patients with gastric cancer after surgery,which can improve the stress response,sleep quality and immune function of patients,alleviate their mood state,reduce complications,and accelerate clinical recovery.
