分析多学科合作护理对中晚期食管癌放疗患者的疼痛程度及睡眠、生命质量的影响

Analyzing the Impact of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing on the Pain Level,Sleep,and Quality of Life of Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy

目的:分析多学科合作护理对中晚期食管癌放疗患者的疼痛程度及睡眠、生命质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月福建医科大学附属厦门弘爱医院收治的实施放射治疗的中晚期食管癌患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=50),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予多学科合作护理干预。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后疼痛的差异,采用癌症护理功能评价量表比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化。结果:护理干预后,观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组各生命质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科合作护理更能有效减轻中晚期食管癌放疗患者的疼痛程度,改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the pain level,sleep,and quality of life of patients with advanced esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:Ninety patients with advanced esophageal cancer who underwent radiation therapy at Xiamen Hongai Hospital affiliated with Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50) and a control group(n=40) using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received multidisciplinary cooperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was used to compare the differences in pain between two groups of patients before and after intervention.A self-made Quality of Life Scale was used to compare the changes in quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,the VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi disciplinary collaborative nursing is more effective in reducing pain levels,improving sleep quality,and enhancing the quality of life of patients with advanced esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
