输尿管结石患者排石颗粒联合钬激光碎石术治疗PSQI评分及BUN水平的变化

Changes in PSQI Score and BUN Level in Patients with Ureteral Stoneswith Paishi Granules Combined with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

目的:探讨排石颗粒联合钬激光碎石术在输尿管结石疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年4月泉州滨海医院收治的输尿管结石患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组选择钬激光碎石术,观察组选择排石颗粒联合钬激光碎石术治疗。比较2组临床疗效、炎症介质水平、肾功能、睡眠质量。结果:观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组炎症介质水平、肾功能指标、睡眠质量比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组炎症介质水平、肾功能水平升高幅度较低,睡眠质量评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:排石颗粒联合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者,临床效果显著,可以减轻炎症反应,改善肾功能,强化睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of Paishi Granule combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 110 patients with ureteral calculi who were treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method,with 55 cases in the observation group and 55 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Paishi Granule and holmium laser lithotripsy.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory mediator level,renal function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory mediators,renal function indicators,and sleep quality between the two groups(P s>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of inflammatory mediators and renal function,and lower sleep quality scores,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Paishi Granules and holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of patients with ureteral stones has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve renal function and enhance sleep quality.
