正畸联合牙周基础对牙周病致前牙扇形移位患者牙齿美观、咀嚼功能及睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effects of Orthodontic Treatment Combined with Periodontal Foundation on Tooth Aesthetics,ChewingFunction,and Sleep Quality in Patients with Anterior Fan-shaped Displacement Caused by Periodontal Disease

目的:正畸联合牙周基础对牙周病致前牙扇形移位患者牙齿美观、咀嚼功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年至2022年漳浦县中医院口腔科收治的牙周病致前牙扇形移位患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用基础牙周治疗干预法进行治疗,观察组采用正畸联合牙周基础治疗干预方法,通过观察比较,分析患者的牙齿美观形象和咀嚼功能,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对2组的睡眠质量进行判定,并比较2组患者龈沟液炎症介质指标。结果:经过治疗对比后发现,牙齿美观评分观察组要明显高于对照组,咀嚼功能观察组显著高于对照组,PSQI评分观察组显著低于对照组,炎症介质指标比较观察组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:当患者出现牙周病致前牙扇形移位现象后可采用正畸联合牙周基础方法,通过该方法的应用,可以有效恢复患者口腔内正确的咬合关系和牙齿对称性,改善患者的口腔功能和美观外形。同时能更加专注于消除牙龈炎、牙周袋等牙周组织问题,使牙齿周围环境健康,最终实现更全面、综合的口腔康复效果。

Objective:To investigate the effects of orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal foundation on tooth aesthetics,chewing function,and sleep quality in patients with anterior fan-shaped displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods:Sixty patients with anterior teeth fan-shaped displacement caused by periodontal disease who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from 2020 to 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with basic periodontal treatment intervention,while the observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal foundation intervention.Through observation and comparison,the patients′aesthetic image of teeth and chewing function were analyzed.In addition,the sleep quality of the two groups was judged according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory mediator index was compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment comparison,it was found that the dental aesthetics score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the chewing function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Comparison of inflammatory mediator indicators showed that the interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2)of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:When patients experience fan-shaped displacement of their anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease,orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal foundation can be used.Through the application of this method,it can effectively restore the correct occlusion relationship and tooth symmetry in the patient′s oral cavity,improve the patient′s oral function and aesthetic appearance.At the same time,it can focus more on eliminating periodontal tissue problems such as gingivitis and periodontal pockets,making the surrounding environment of teeth healthy,and ultimately achieving a more comprehensive and comprehensive oral rehabilitation effect.
