摘要
目的:分析予以甲状腺癌患者放松训练+疼痛干预的临床价值。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年3月莆田九十五医院收治的甲状腺癌患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组常规护理,观察组放松训练+疼痛干预,比较2组疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生命质量、并发症。结果:经护理,观察组疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生命质量(GQOL-74)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以甲状腺癌患者放松训练+疼痛干预可减轻疼痛,改善患者睡眠质量与生命质量,减少并发症,可推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of relaxation training and pain intervention in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods:A total of 78 patients with thyroid cancer from January 2022 to March 2023 were included in our hospital and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received relaxation training and pain intervention.The pain degree,sleep quality,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the pain degree of observation group was less than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life(GQOL-74)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were fewer complications in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relaxation training and pain intervention in patients with thyroid cancer can alleviate pain,improve sleep quality and life quality of patients,reduce complications,and can be extended.
