分析早期康复护理干预对老年髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Impact of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Hip Joint Functionand Sleep Quality in Elderly Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement Surgery

目的:分析早期康复护理干预对老年髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月福建省厦门市中医院收治的老年髋关节置换术患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组联合应用早期康复护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛感受,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者干预前后抑郁、焦虑状态的改善效果,采用日常生活能力量表(Barthel指数)评估患者的生活能力,采用Harris髋关节评估量表评估2组患者的髋关节功能,并观察2组患者的并发症发生情况,包括感染、下肢静脉血栓、压力性损伤等。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、VAS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分均显著低于对照组,Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组,Harris髋关节评估量表评分显著高于对照组,观察组患者的并发症发生情况显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对老年髋关节置换术患者实施早期康复护理干预,效果显著。该护理模式有利于优化髋关节功能,促进情绪控制,可降低疼痛感,提升睡眠质量、生活能力,确保患者护理安全性。

Objective:To analyze the impact of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on hip joint function and sleep quality in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 78 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery admitted to Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=39)and a control group(n=39)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention in combination.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between two groups of patients.The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain sensation of the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement effect of depression and anxiety status of the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Barthel index was used to evaluate the patient′s ability to live.Use the Harris hip joint assessment scale to evaluate hip joint function in two groups of patients,and observe the incidence of complications in both groups,including infection,lower limb venous thrombosis,pressure injury,etc.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score,VAS score,SDS score,and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The Barthel index score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the Harris hip joint assessment scale score was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention is effective for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.This nursing model is beneficial for optimizing hip joint function,promoting emotional control,reducing pain,improving sleep quality and life ability,and ensuring patient care safety.
