分析基于适应-系统双模式评估的针对性护理对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Impact of Targeted Nursing Based on Adaptation System Dual Mode Assessmenton Negative Emotions and Sleep Quality of Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Surgery

目的:分析基于适应-系统双模式评估的针对性护理对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年5月福建省龙岩市第二医院收治的进行乳腺癌根治术的患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,对照组给予常规心理护理干预,观察组给予基于适应-系统双模式评估的针对性护理干预。采用正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)评估2组患者的情绪变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用乳腺癌癌症治疗功能评价系统(FACT-B)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化,并比较2组患者干预前后康复锻炼的依从性。结果:干预后,2组PANAS正性评分、FACT-B评分均有所上升,且观察组显著高于对照组;2组PANAS负性评分、PSQI评分较干预前均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于适应-系统双模式评估的针对性护理在乳腺癌手术患者中应用效果显著,能有效提升患者术后康复锻炼的依从性,改善其不良情绪状态,提高睡眠质量与生命质量。

Objective:To analyze the influence of targeted nursing based on adaptation system dual mode evaluation on negative emotion and sleep quality of breast cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of 92 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to Longyan Second Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 for radical mastectomy were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=46).The control group was given routine psychological nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention based on adaptation system dual model evaluation.The Positive and Negative Affect Scale(PANAS)was used to assess the emotional changes of the patients in the two groups,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of the sleep quality of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention,and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-breast(FACT-B)was used to compare the changes of the quality of life of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention,and the compliance of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention was compared.Results:After intervention,the positive PANAS score and FACT-B score of the quality of life measurement scale in both groups increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The negative PANAS score and PSQI score of both groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing based on adaptation system dual mode evaluation in breast cancer patients undergoing surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively improve patients′compliance with postoperative rehabilitation exercise,improve their bad emotional state,and improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
