分析优化急诊护理流程对脑梗死患者的抢救效果及睡眠质量的影响

Analyzing and Optimizing the Emergency Nursing Process for the RescueEffect and Sleep Quality of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析优化急诊护理流程对脑梗死患者的抢救效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年4月三明市尤溪县总医院收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优化急诊护理流程干预。比较2组患者的分诊评估用时、总急救用时及住院天数,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表比较2组神经功能受损程度。结果:干预后,观察组分诊评估用时、总急救用时及住院天数显著低于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组NIHSS显著低于对照组,观察组MMSE评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论:对脑梗死患者采取急诊护理流程效果显著,可缩短急救用时,提高急救效率,且有助于纠正患者睡眠状态,减轻神经功能受损程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the rescue effect and sleep quality impact of optimizing emergency nursing process on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Youxi County General Hospital in Sanming City from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received optimized emergency nursing process intervention.Compare the triage evaluation time,total emergency time,and length of hospital stay between two groups of patients.Use the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to compare the differences in sleep quality between the two groups.Use the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)to compare the degree of neurological impairment between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the observation group had significantly lower triage and evaluation time,total emergency time,and length of hospital stay compared to the control group.The PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.001).Conclusion:The emergency nursing process for patients with cerebral infarction has a significant effect,which can shorten the first aid time,improve the first aid efficiency,help correct the patient′s sleep state,and reduce the degree of neurological damage.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
