分析优质护理对前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者心理及睡眠的影响

Analysis of the Impact of High-quality Nursing on the Psychology and Sleep of Patients UndergoingTransurethral Resection of the Prostate for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:分析优质护理对前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者心理及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月福建省建瓯市立医院收治的经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的前列腺患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,记录并比较2组患者术后并发症的发生情况,采用15项恢复质量评分(QoR-15)评估患者术后恢复情况。结果:干预后,2组患者PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组患者的术后并发症发生率远低于对照组,观察组的术后恢复水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对于前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者给予优质护理进行干预,能够有效改善患者的心理状态与睡眠质量,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing on the psychology and sleep of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 80 prostate patients treated with transurethral resection of the prostate at Jian′ou Municipal Hospital in Fujian Province from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between two groups of patients.The incidence of postoperative complications was recorded and compared between the two groups of patients.The 15 Quality of Recovery-15 scale(QOR-15)was used to evaluate the postoperative recovery of patients.Results:After intervention,the PSQI scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was much lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative recovery level in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Providing high-quality nursing intervention for patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia can effectively improve their psychological state and sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
