分析微信公众平台的延伸护理服务在改善胆结石术后患者遵医率及睡眠质量中的作用

Analyzing the Role of Extended Nursing Services on WeChat Public Platform in ImprovingPostoperative Compliance and Sleep Quality in Patients with Gallstones

目的:分析微信公众平台的延伸护理服务在改善胆结石术后患者遵医率及睡眠质量中的作用。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年4月福建省南平市建阳第一医院收治的胆结石术后出院患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予微信公众平台的延伸护理服务干预。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患者在术后恢复期间遵医行为。结果:干预后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组遵医行为显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对胆结石手术患者进行院外护理过程中开展微信公众平台的延伸护理服务可以提升患者治疗期间遵医行为,可以有效改善患者睡眠质量,有助于患者恢复,减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the role of extended nursing services on WeChat public platform in improving the compliance rate and sleep quality of postoperative patients with gallstones.Methods:A total of 90 postoperative discharged patients with gallstones admitted to Jianyang First Hospital in Nanping City,Fujian Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=45)and a control group(n=45)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received extended nursing service intervention on WeChat public platform.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement effects of anxiety and depression status between two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Compare the compliance behavior of two groups of patients during postoperative recovery.Results:After intervention,the HAMA score,HAMD score,and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The observation group′s compliance with medical treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Providing extended nursing services on WeChat public platform during the out of hospital nursing process for patients undergoing gallstone surgery can improve their compliance behavior during treatment,effectively improve their sleep quality,aid in patient recovery,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
