医护一体化加速康复外科护理结合围术期疼痛护理对结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能指标与睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Integrated Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Nursing Combined with Perioperative Pain Nursing on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Indexes and Sleep Quality in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:分析医护一体化加速康复外科(ERAS)护理结合围术期疼痛护理对结直肠癌患者的效果。方法:选取福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院2021年1月至2022年12月接受手术治疗的结直肠癌患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予围术期疼痛护理,观察组另外给予医护一体化ERAS护理,分析2种护理方法的效果。结果:观察组术后胃肠功能指标、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理前后,2组语言评价量表(VRS)、数字评价量表(NRS)评分比较无差异,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:医护一体化ERAS护理结合围术期疼痛护理有助于结直肠癌患者的术后胃肠功能恢复,还可提升患者的睡眠质量,提高手术安全性,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effects of integrated enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing combined with perioperative pain nursing in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group,using a random drawing method.The control group received perioperative pain nursing,while the observation group received integrated ERAS nursing.The effects of the two nursing methods were analyzed.Results:The postoperative gastrointestinal function index,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and complication rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05),and there was no difference in the scores of Verbal Evaluation Scale(VRS)and Number Evaluation Scale(NRS)between the two groups before and after nursing(P s>0.05).Conclusion:Integrated ERAS nursing combined with perioperative pain nursing can contribute to postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with colorectal cancer,improve sleep quality and improve surgical safety,and achieve significant effects.
