“一带一路”视域下西部陆海新通道的产业协同发展与布局优化研究

The Industrial Coordinated Development and Layout Optimization of New Western Land-Sea Corridor from the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative

西部陆海新通道是一条地处我国西部腹地,连接“一带一路”,服务全球发展的新战略通道。它以贯通南北的要道形式将“一带”和“一路”在我国西部连接起来。建设西部陆海新通道基础在产业,思路在协同。本文分析西部陆海新通道的产业基础条件与产业结构情况,选择区位熵作为衡量指标,研究行业门类的行业专业化特征,梳理推进产业协同发展需要解决的问题,提出基于新通道产业发展条件加快推进产业协同,为进一步推进共建“一带一路”走深走实提供坚实支撑,服务新通道建设发展和产业布局优化的思路建议。

The New Western Land-Sea Corridor is a new strategic corridor located in the hinterland of Western China.It connects the Belt and Road in the form of a north-south corridor through Western China,serving for the global development.And the foundation of constructing the New Western Land-Sea Corridor lies in industry,and its implementation paths lies in coordination.The paper analyzes the industry foundation and structure of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor,selects the categories employed population as basic data,uses location entropy to analyze the industry specialization characteristics,and analyzes the problem which existed in the industrial coordination needed to be solved.And based on the industry development conditions,the paper puts forward implementation suggestions to accelerate the promotion of industrial coordination,to further giving solid support to promote the Belt and Road Initiative,to serve for the construction and development of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and optimize the industrial layout.
