王新陆之血浊与膜原—三焦关系探析

国医大师王新陆教授在其血浊理论基础上,近年来通过大量临床实践,创新性地以膜原为切入点,提出膜原与血浊的关系,进一步丰富了血浊理论。血浊是指血液受各种因素的影响,失却其清纯状态,或丧失其正常循行规律,影响了生理功能,从而扰乱脏腑气机的病理状态,是现代常见病慢性病包括心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、糖尿病以及各种代谢异常性疾病的病理基础,长期以来膜原的论述一直缺乏系统性,至今未形成详细严谨的膜原理论体系,王教授综各家之长,认为膜原为巨大的膜系结构,且膜原为阴络,并指出膜系结构及阴络的郁滞是血浊的重要形成原因。因膜原为三焦之门户,故治可从三焦入手,化浊为本,为现代疾病的中医诊治提供新思路。

Building upon his theory of blood turbidity,Prof.Wang Xinlu,laureate of the title of National TCM Master,has made innovative strides in recent years by leveraging extensive clinical practice.He introduces a novel perspective by focusing on the moyuan(membranous origin) as a pivotal element,elucidating its relationship with blood turbidity,and thereby further enriching the theory of blood turbidity.Blood turbidity refers to the pathological state in which the blood,affected by various factors,deviates from its pure state or its normal circulation pattern,affecting physiological functions and thus disturbing the qi of the viscera.This condition forms the pathological basis for prevalent chronic diseases in modern days including cardiovascular diseases,tumours,diabetes and assorted metabolic abnormalities.However,throughout history,discussions surrounding moyuan have lacked systematic exploration,resulting in the absence of a comprehensive and rigorous theoretical framework for moyuan up to the present time.Prof.Wang,integrating insights from various schools of thought,posits that the moyuan constitutes a vast membranous structure and that it falls within the realm of yin collaterals.He further points out that the stagnation of the membranous structure and yin collaterals is the primary contributor of blood turbidity.Given that moyuan is the gateway to the sanjiao,treatment strategies can commence from the sanjiao,aiming to rectify turbidity at its root.This approach presents fresh perspectives for modern diagnosis and treatment of the disease in Chinese medicine.
