摘要
药学实训体系和创新能力培养是药学本科生教育的重要组成部分,是提升药学学生对基础理论知识的理解和运用的关键环节,也是提升药学学生综合能力和岗位胜任力的重要途径。基于药学实训平台和大学生科创平台,依托于药学实训开放课程及大学生科技创新项目,通过“教+训+研”一体化的药学人才培养模式,帮助学生掌握专业生产流程和科研技能,提升学生解决问题的能力,激发学生探索和学习的热情,提高学生的自我认知能力,旨在提升中医药药学专业人才的综合实力并促进教学质量的提升。
Pharmaceutical practical training system and cultivation of innovative abilities are essential elements of pharmaceutical undergraduate education.They are not only key to enhancing the understanding and application of basic theoretical knowledge of pharmaceutical students,but also important for developing students′ comprehensive abilities and job competence.In view of such significance,this study took advantage of the open courses in pharmaceutical practical training and science and technology innovation projects for college students based on relevant training platforms and sci-tech innovation platforms.We then established an integrated cultivation model of “teaching+training+research” for pharmaceutical talents to equip students with professional skills related to manufacturing and research,enhance their problem-solving ability,stimulate their enthusiasm for exploration and learning,and improve their self-awareness.Ultimately,the model aims to enhance the comprehensive strength of traditional Chinese pharmacy professionals and promote relevant teaching quality.
