高速列车动车组具有更加复杂、苛刻的摩擦磨损问题。随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,特别是高速动车组齿轮箱技术的快速发展,对齿轮箱润滑油的性能提出了更高要求。为解决当前国内外动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油没有统一标准的问题,为动车组驱动齿轮箱提供性能可靠的润滑油,确保高速动车组的安全行驶,我国制定了GB/T 40701-2021《动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油》国家标准,并于2022年5月1日开始正式实施。文章对GB/T 40701-2021《动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油》国家标准的具体技术要求进行了研究分析。GB/T 40701-2021《动车组驱动齿轮箱润滑油》国家标准的制定和实施,对实现我国高速动车组技术的全面自主化具有重要意义。

High-speed EMUs have more complex and demanding friction and wear issues.With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China,especially the fast growth of high-speed EMU gearbox technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of gearbox lubricants.In order to solve the problem of the lack of unified standards for EMU gearbox lubricants at home and abroad,and to provide lubricants with reliable performance for EMU gearboxes,ensuring the safe operation of high-speed EMUs,Chi-na has formulated the national standardGB/T 40701-2021 Electric Multiple Units Gear Oils,which officially came into effect on May1,2022.The paper conducts research and analysis on the specific technical requirements of theGB/T 40701-2021.The formulation and implementation ofGB/T 40701-2021 is of great significance to achieve comprehensive independent development of high-speed EMU technology in China.
