摘要
在推动形成教育和产业统筹融合、良性互动的发展格局下,如何科学推进培训资源建设对深化产教融合校企合作具有重要现实意义。为保障高质量人才的持续供给,中国国家铁路集团有限公司采取“2+1”定向培养模式培养新进人才。以铁路机车副司机岗位为例,介绍该模式下针对岗位胜任力、胜任力模型理论构建对应专业的能力图谱,重塑人才培养方案和组织培训资源的方法,详细论述了围绕岗位能力图谱进行培训资源建设的实战案例。
In promoting the formation of an overall integration and positive interaction between education and industry,it is of great practical significance to scientifically promote the construction of training resources for deepening the integration of industry and education,and the cooperation of school and enterprise.To ensure the continuous supply of high-quality talents,China National Railway Group Co.,Ltd.(referred to as China Railway Group) adopts a“2+1”target training mode to cultivate new talents.This paper takes the post of deputy driver of railway locomotives as an example and introduces the methods of constructing the competency graph of the corresponding profession competency in accordance with the competency model theory,reshaping the talent training plan and organizing training resources,and also elaborates on practical cases of training resources construction based on the job competency graph.
