职业教育新模态课堂的构建与实践研究

摘要 “以教师为中心,以教定学”课堂教学模式存在诸多弊端,高职教育要突破“以教定学”的范式,创设“为学而教”课堂。渤海船舶职业学院构建了新模态课堂途径,即创设以行动为导向的“合作探究”课堂,将课程思政元素有效融入课堂教学,推进信息技术与课堂教学深度融合,重构课程的考核评价体系,加强师资队伍建设,优化教学方法,实现了职业教育教学改革有成果、见成效、促发展。 There are many drawbacks in the teacher-centered classroom teaching mode.Higher vocational education should break through the paradigm of“teacher-centered learning”and create a classroom of“student-centered learning”.Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College has constructed a new modal classroom approach,that is,an action-oriented“cooperative exploration”classroom,which effectively integrates the ideological and political elements into classroom teaching,promotes the deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching,reconstructs the assessment and evaluation system of the course,strengthens the construction of teacher team,and optimizes teaching methods.The vocational education teaching reform has achieved good results and promoted development.
