摘要
传统的教师、教材、教法“三教”模式难以适应时代新特征、应对课堂新挑战、满足学生新需求,为此,根据高职院校学生的特征,辽宁金融职业学院坚持“以学为本、为学而教”的教学理念,针对企业内部控制课程的特点,构建了以学生为中心的“学—研—演—评—考”教学模式。该教学模式为学生打造一种真正高度参与、个性化的学习体验,能激发学生内驱动力,提升学生综合素养,打造新型课堂文化,构建全面教学评价体系,提高了课堂教学质量和效率。
The traditional“three education”mode of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods is difficult to adapt to the new characteristics of the times,cope with new classroom challenges,and meet the new needs of students.Therefore,according to the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,Liaoning Finance Vocational College adheres to the teaching concept of“student-oriented and learning-oriented”,and builds a student-centered teaching mode of“learning-research-performance-evaluation-appraisal”in accordance with the characteristics of enterprise internal control course.This teaching mode creates a highly participatory and personalized learning experience for students,stimulates students' internal driving force,improves students' comprehensive literacy,creates a new classroom culture,builds a comprehensive teaching evaluation system,and improves the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching.
