腰椎间盘髓核组织工程研究进展

摘要 腰椎间盘退行性病变(退变)是脊柱外科常见多发疾病之一,临床以腰痛、下肢麻木和大小便功能障碍等为主要症状,其发生发展由多个因素共同决定,但目前病理生理学和细胞生物学机制尚未完全清晰。髓核组织工程是结合生物组织学和材料科学治疗疾病的一种新兴生物疗法,可有效治疗腰椎间盘退变。临床医师正确认识髓核组织工程和腰椎间盘退变之间的复杂关系,了解髓核组织工程在腰椎间盘退变中的应用及其机制,有利于临床上腰椎间盘退变治疗、腰椎间盘退变治疗后康复和人群腰椎间盘退变预防工作开展。 Lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration is a common pathological process in the spine,with the main clinical symptoms of low back pain,numbness of lower limbs,and defecation dysfunction.The occurrence and development of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration are determined by multiple factors,and the pathophysiological and cellular mechanisms remain to be fully understood.Nucleus pulposus tissue engineering is a new biotherapy that combines biological histology with material science to treat diseases including lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.Clinicians should fully learn the complex relationship between nucleus pulposus tissue engineering and lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration,which will facilitate the clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration,the rehabilitation of lumbar intervertebral disc after treatment,and the prevention of this disease in the population.
