摘要
随着大量可再生能源接入电网和电力负荷需求的增长,电力系统的运行可靠性下降。共享储能系统可以遏制微电网供需双侧的不确定性,从而引起广泛研究关注。提出一个“源-荷-储”协同调度的双层模型,以解决电力供需双侧不匹配问题,促进电网经济运行。上层模型求解共享储能系统的最优配置,而下层模型则求解多微电网系统的最小运行成本。为促进微电网间、微电网与共享储能之间的功率交互,采用了基于交互贡献度的利润分配方案。结合电力市场情况,设计了5种实验方案。实验结果表明,方案3中共享储能比方案2中独立储能的容量配置降低了62.4%,MMG运营成本降低了46.8%;而在方案5中进一步考虑了需求响应之后,相当于增加了等效的虚拟储能容量,使得此方案下共享储能的容量配置相较于方案3降低了31.8%,MMG运营成本降低了40.2%。
With a large number of renewable energy access to the power grid and the growth of power load demand,the reliability of power system operation is reduced.The shared energy storage system can curb the uncertainty of both supply and demand sides of the microgrid,which has attracted extensive research attention.A bi-level model of“source-load-storage”collaborative scheduling is proposed to solve the problem of mismatch between power supply and demand and promote the economic operation of power grid.The upper model solves the optimal configuration of the shared energy storage system,while the lower model solves the minimum operating cost of the multi-microgrid system.In order to promote the power interaction between microgrids and between microgrids and shared energy storage system,a profit distribution scheme based on interactive contribution is used.Five experimental schemes are designed according to the situation of electricity market.The experimental results show that the capacity configuration of shared energy storage in scheme 3 is reduced by 62.4%compared with that of independent energy storage in scheme 2,and the operating cost of MMG is reduced by 46.8%.After further considering the demand response in the scheme 5,the equivalent virtual energy storage capacity is increased,which makes the capacity configuration of the shared energy storage under this scheme reduced by 31.8%compared with the scheme 3,and the MMG operating cost is reduced by 40.2%.
