不同牌号焊丝与5083铝合金板材焊接匹配性

摘要 选用5183、1561和5A71焊丝,开展5083铝合金板材MetalInert-Gas(MIG)焊接试验,对母材和焊丝的成分及性能进行测试,对焊接接头的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、耐腐蚀性能及焊接抗裂性进行评价及对比分析。结果表明:屈服强度5A71接头大于1561接头大于5183接头。3种焊接接头均通过了正弯和反弯测试。3种焊接接头焊缝的剥落腐蚀等级均为PB级。在焊接抗裂性方面,采用5A71焊丝制备的鱼骨形试样的裂纹率最低,1561焊丝次之,5183焊丝最高。 5183,1561 and 5A71 welding wire was selected to carry out the MIG(Metal Inert-Gas)welding test of 5083 aluminum alloy plate,the composition and performance of the base material and welding wire are tested,and the tensile performance,bending performance,corrosion resistance and welding crack resistance of the welding joint are evaluated and compared.The results show that the yield strength of the 5A71 joint is greater than that of the 1561 joint which is greater than that of 5183.All three welded joints have passed the forward bending and reverse bending tests.The peeling corrosion level of the three welded joints is PB.In terms of welding crack resistance,the fishbone-shaped sample prepared with 5A71 welding wire has the lowest crack rate,followed by 1561 welding wire,and 5183 wire has the highest.
