摘要
船舶复合材料传动轴系设计通常包含复合材料轴段、中间轴承和齿轮箱等装置,结合实船传动轴系研制的总体匹配技术方案和匹配原则,开展复合材料轴系匹配设计技术研究。复合材料传动轴设计方案经过计算校核、台架试验及实船验证,研究成果为船舶轴系减重、简化结构设计提供重要的参考依据。
The design of marine composite transmission shaft system usually includes composite shaft sections,intermediate bearings,gearboxes and other devices.Combined with the overall matching technical scheme and matching principles developed by the actual ship transmission shaft system,the research on composite shaft system matching design technology is carried out.The composite drive shaft design scheme has been calculated and verified,and bench test and actual ship verification,and the research results provide an important reference basis for weight reduction and simplified structural design of ship shaft system.
