轻型船用齿轮箱结构振动及抗冲击分析

摘要 根据某轻型船用齿轮箱的结构特征,基于有限元法建立该齿轮箱的有限元模型;根据自动多级子结构法(AMS法)得到齿轮箱的模态振型,并运用模态叠加法对此轻型船用齿轮箱进行结构的振动响应分析;基于规范中的冲击响应计算方法,制作轻型船用齿轮箱的冲击设计谱,并采用隐式动态分析法对齿轮箱抗冲击性能进行分析。根据分析结果,对齿轮箱结构振动噪声及抗冲击性能进行预测,为轻型船用齿轮箱的低噪声设计和抗冲击设计提供依据。 According to the structural characteristics of a light marine gear box,a finite element model of the gear box is established based on the finite element method.Automatic multi-level substructuring(AMS)method was used to obtain the modal shape of the gear box,and modal superposition method was used to analyze the vibration response of the light marine gear box.Based on the calculation method of impact response in the code,the impact design spectrum of light marine gear box is made,and the impact resistance of gear box is analyzed by implicit dynamic analysis method.According to the analysis results,the structural vibration noise and impact resistance performance of gear box were predicted,which provided a basis for low noise design and impact resistance design of light marine gear box.
