随着数字经济时代的到来,公共数据的开放逐渐成为政府部门信息化发展的关键因素之一。为了推进政府部门职能转变、深化“放管服”改革、推进数字政府建设,亟需构建公共数据开放平台、安全高效的新一代公共数据开放基础设施。文章探讨了数字经济时代下公共数据开放的重要性以及公共数据开放平台的构建策略。

With the advent of the digital economy,the opening of public data has gradually become one of the key factors in the development of government informatization.In order to promote the functional transformation of government departments,deepen the reform of“release management and service”,and promote the construction of digital government,it is urgent to build a public data open platform,a safe and efficient new generation of public data open infrastructure.This paper further discusses the importance of public data openness in the era of digital economy and the construction strategy of public data open platform.
