元宇宙背景下高校图书馆数字化信息资源建设探析

Analysis on the construction of digital information resources in university libraries from the perspective of metaverse

元宇宙作为一种新兴的数字化虚拟环境概念,正在逐渐引起各行各业的关注和探索,尤其是对高校图书馆数字化信息资源建设产生的影响。文章阐述了元宇宙相关概念与技术,结合国内外元宇宙技术在高校图书馆数字化信息资源建设中的应用和成功案例,提出了5个方面的策略:元宇宙背景下制定适宜的图书馆发展规划、构建特色数字化信息资源库、提升用户的信息素养与检索能力、加强元宇宙技术在图书馆数字化服务中的应用、深化图书馆与其他领域的合作与交流。

The metaverse as a new concept of digital virtual environment is gradually attracting the attention and exploration of all walks of life,especially the impact on the construction of digital information resources in university libraries.This paper expounds the related concepts and technologies of metaverse,and combines the application and successful cases of metaverse technology in the construction of digital information resources in university libraries at home and abroad,this paper puts forward five strategies:formulating appropriate library development plan under the background of metaverse,constructing characteristic digital information resource library,improving users’information literacy and retrieval ability,strengthening the application of metaverse technology in library digital service,and deepening the cooperation and communication between library and other fields.
