正五聚蛋白-3在脓毒症中的研究进展

摘要 脓毒症致病机制复杂,具有高发病率和高病死率的特点,探索寻找可以对脓毒症进行更准确诊断和预后预测的生物标志物意义重大。正五聚蛋白-3(pentraxin-3,PTX-3)是首个被鉴定的长链五聚蛋白,作为先天免疫的关键介质,在全身炎症反应活动中发挥着重要调控作用。近年来多项研究表明,PTX-3水平在脓毒症中急剧升高,与病情严重程度和临床转归密切相关。PTX-3在脓毒症的临床诊断和预后评估方面表现出优良的价值,与其他生物标志物结合,可以提高诊断效率,优化对脓毒症患者的危险分层。本文就PTX-3的生物学功能及其在脓毒症中的系列研究进行综述,旨在阐明PTX-3对脓毒症诊断和预后预测的重要价值,以期为脓毒症的临床诊疗提供新思路。 Sepsis has a complex pathogenic mechanism and is characterized by high morbidity and mortality.It is of great significance to explore for the biomarkers that can provide more accurate diagnosis and prognosis prediction of sepsis.Pentraxin-3(PTX-3) is the first identified long-chain pentraxin,and as a key mediator of innate immunity,it plays an important role in the regulation of systemic inflammatory activities.Several studies in recent years have demonstrated that in sepsis,PTX-3 levels are dramatically elevated and strongly correlated with disease severity and clinical outcome.PTX-3 has shown excellent value in the clinical diagnosis and prognostic assessment of sepsis,and in combination with other biomarkers,it can improve the diagnostic efficiency and optimize the risk stratification for septic patients.This article summarizes the biological functions of PTX-3 and relevant researches of PTX-3 in sepsis in order to expound the important role in septic diagnosis and prognosis prediction and provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
