以“建设金融强国”推动国家竞争力提升

Promote National Competitiveness by"Building a Strong Financial Country"

中央金融工作会议首次提出“加快建设金融强国”,这对满足人民美好生活需求、社会高质量发展和国家竞争力提升具有重要意义。当前我国已建立起较为完善的金融体系,成为金融大国,但还存在着金融服务实体经济质效不高、资本市场投融资结构急需改善、金融领域风险隐患较多、金融监管和治理能力有待提高等问题,与金融强国仍有距离,需要从坚持党管金融、做好五篇大文章、加强金融监管、提高资本市场发展质量、坚持对外开放五个方面探索建设金融强国的有效路径。

The Central Financial Work Conference proposed for the first time to"accelerate the construction of financial power",which is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively building a modern socialist power,and has great significance for meeting the needs of the people's better life,high-quality social development and national competitiveness.At present,China has established a relatively complete financial system and become a financial power,but there are still problems such as the poor quality and efficiency of financial services to the real economy,the urgent need to improve the investment and financing structure of the capital market,many hidden risks in the financial sector,and the ability to improve financial supervision and governance.It is necessary to explore the effective path of building a strong financial country from five aspects:adhering to the Party's financial management,doing a good job in the five major articles,strengthening financial supervision,improving the quality of capital market development,and adhering to opening up.
