快速时效管理模式在急诊科预检分诊中的应用

Study on the application of rapid and time-effective management mode to the pre-examination and triage in emergency department

目的探讨急诊科预检分诊中应用快速时效管理模式的效果。方法纳入2021年4月至2022年4月收治的急诊就诊患者170例为研究对象,随机分2组,每组85例。对照组给予常规预检分诊护理干预,观察组采用快速时效管理模式进行护理干预,比较2组的临床指标、分诊准确率、抢救成功率、候诊意外情况发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组的挂号时间、分诊评估时间、就诊至处置时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的分诊准确率和抢救成功率分别为100.00%和97.65%,高于对照组的91.76%和89.41%(P<0.05)。观察组的候诊意外情况发生率为1.18%(1/85),低于对照组的9.41%(8/85)(P<0.05)。观察组的就诊次序、信息沟通、分诊环境、分诊服务态度等方面的护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊科预检分诊中应用快速时效管理模式进行护理干预,可有效缩短挂号时间、分诊评估时间、就诊至处置时间,降低候诊意外情况发生率,提高分诊准确率、抢救成功率和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of applying rapid and time-effective management mode to the pre-examination and triage in emergency department.Methods A total of 170 patients admitted to the emergency department our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 85 patients in each group.Routine pre-examination and triage nursing intervention was applied to patients of control group,and the nursing intervention with rapid and time-effective management mode was applied to those of observation group.The clinical indicators,triage accuracy,rescue success rate,rate of accident during waiting and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The registration time,triage evaluation time and the time from admission to treatment of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of triage(100.00%vs 91.76%)and the success rate of rescue(97.65%vs 89.41%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(both P<0.05).The incidence of unexpected waiting conditions was significantly lower in the observation group than that of control group(1.18%[1/85]vs 9.41%[8/85],P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of visiting order,information communication,triage environment and triage service attitude were significantly higher in the observation group than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid and time-effective management mode in the pre-examination and triage in emergency department for nursing intervention can effectively shorten the registration time,triage evaluation time,and the time from admission to treatment,reduce the rate of accident during waiting,and improve the triage accuracy,rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction.
