^(125)I粒子植入联合其他方案治疗不可切除胰腺癌的研究进展

Progress of seed ^(125)I implantation combined with other regimens in the treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,预后较差,约80%的患者诊断时已丧失手术切除机会。在不同的治疗方案中,放射性^(125)I粒子植入可以改善不可切除胰腺癌患者的生活质量,并有望提高其生存率。本文综述了^(125)I粒子植入治疗联合化疗、冷冻疗法、腔内照射、支架置入、射频消融、纳米刀、旁路手术在不可切除胰腺癌患者中的临床应用,使其更好地在临床上推广。同时有必要制定统一的剂量标准和规范指南,使其更安全、更广泛地服务于临床实践。

pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system,with poor prognosis.About 80%of patients have lost the opportunity of surgical resection when diagnosed.In different treatment schemes,radioactive seed ^(125)I implantation can improve the quality of life of patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer and is expected to improve their survival rate.This article reviews the clinical applications of ^(125)I particle implantation therapy combined with chemotherapy,cryotherapy,intracavitary irradiation,stent placement,radiofrequency ablation,nanoknife,and bypass surgery,in order to better promote its clinical application.However,it is necessary to establish unified dosage standards and regulatory guidelines to make them safer and more widely serve clinical practice.
