摘要
组织工程方法正越来越多地被应用于牙齿的活髓保存术中,许多口腔干细胞与可生物降解的支架结合植入,取得了良好的组织再生效果。其中牙髓干细胞(DPSCs)能参与牙髓损伤的修复过程并继续形成牙本质,牙本质作为牙髓组织的物理保护屏障,对牙髓组织的正常功能至关重要。本文通过文献检索归纳近5年来应用DPSCs组织工程方法的研究成果,总结DPSCs在成血管、神经及再生牙本质中的作用,并和许多组织工程支架结合讨论其综合效果,包括不同细胞因子或成分对组织工程支架性能的可控性调节探索,为临床DPSCs及其组织工程在活髓保存中的应用提供依据。
Tissue engineering methods are being used more and more in vital pulp therapies,and many oral stem cells have been implanted in combination with biodegradable scaffolds,and good tissue regeneration results have been obtained.Among them,(dental pulp stem cells,DPSCs)can participate in the repair process of dental pulp injury and continue to form dentin.As a physical protective barrier of dental pulp tissue,dentin is crucial to the normal function of dental pulp tissue.This paper summarized the research results of the application of DPSCs tissue engineering methods in the past 5 years through literature search,and summarized the role of DPSCs in angiogenesis,nerve and dentin regeneration,and discussed their comprehensive effects in combination with many tissue engineering scaffolds,including the exploration of controllable regulation of the performance of tissue engineered scaffolds by different cytokines or component.To provide the basis for the clinical application of DPSCs and tissue engineering in the preservation of living pulp.
