老年梅尼埃病治疗研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of senile Ménière's disease

梅尼埃病(MD)是临床常见的耳科疾病,目前认为内淋巴积水是该病的标志性特征。随着人口老龄化和生活习惯的改变,60岁以上人群MD的发病率在不断增加。老年人身体机能下降,MD发生后易导致跌倒。意外跌倒是导致≥65岁人群致命和非致命伤害的主要原因。同时老年MD导致的神经性听力损失、长期耳鸣困扰更易使其出现精神疾患,潜在危害性较大。鉴于老年MD患者常伴有高血压、糖尿病等多种系统性基础疾病,多病共治时易发生药物治疗效果不佳、手术治疗风险加大等情况。本文将老年群体MD治疗相关研究进行系统性综述,旨在为临床提供参考依据。

Ménière's disease(MD)is a common clinical otological disease,and endolymphatichydrops are currently considered to be the hallmark feature of this disease.With the aging of the population and the change of living habits,the incidence of MD after 60 years old is increasing.The elderly are prone to fall due to the decline of physical function and MD.Accidental falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries in people aged 65 and over.At the same time,the neurogenic hearing loss and long-term tinnitus caused by MD in the elderly are more likely to cause mental disorders,which are potentially harmful.In view of the fact that elderly patients are often accompanied by a variety of systemic underlying diseases such as hypertension and diabetes,it is easy to have poor efficacy of drug treatment and increased risk of surgical treatment when comorbid with MD.This article systematically reviews the related studies on the treatment of MD in the elderly,aiming to provide a reference for clinical practice.
