装盒机成品输出机构关键参数设计与分析

Design and analysis of key parameters of finished product output mechanism of cartoning machine

摘要 针对采用传统经验设计纸盒输出机构容易导致参数给定不合理、设计周期长等问题,提出一种确定机构关键参数的理论计算方法。由输盒链过渡到输送带过程中,通过对输盒链夹指和纸盒的运动分析,得出包装盒成品与其两侧夹指的间距的变化规律,以包装盒成品输出机构相对于纸盒传送装置的横向位置eb和速比i_(vbc)为设计变量,研究其对间距的影响,利用计算得出的过渡过程中两侧间距极小值的等高线图,使参数选择更准确、快捷。计算得,在e_(b)=26.8 mm,i_(vbc)=2.7时,纸盒两侧最小间距为最大值15.0 mm;在e_(b)=-0.5 mm,i_(vbc)=1.9时,为干涉临界值0.0。在某型装盒机中取e_(b)=20 mm,i_(vbc)=2.3,纸盒两侧最小间距分别为14.5,5.5 mm,对样机进行测试,实测结果与理论计算值基本一致,偏差在0.2 mm以内,验证该方法的正确性。研究为装盒机中成品输出机构的设计提供理论依据。 For the problems of unreasonable parameters and long design cycle easily caused by using the empirical method to design the carton output mechanism,a theoretical calculation method for determining the key parameters of the mechanism was proposed.Through the analysis of the movement of the conveyor finger and the carton in the process of the transition of the carton chain from the box chain to the output conveyor belt,the change law of the interval distance between the finished packaging box product and its fingers on both sides was obtained,and the horizontal position eb and the speed ratio i_(vbc) of the finished box output mechanism were taken as design variables to study their influences on the interval distance,and the contour diagram of the minimum value of the interval distance between the two sides calculated in the transition process can be used to make the parameter selection more accurate and faster.Through calculation,it is concluded that the minimum distance between the two sides of the carton is 15.0 mm when e_(b)=26.8 mm and i_(vbc)=2.7,and the interference threshold is 0.0 when e_(b)=-0.5 mm and i_(vbc)=1.9.In a certain type of cartoning machine,e_(b)=20 mm,i_(vbc)=2.3,and the minimum spacing on both sides of the carton is 14.5 mm,5.5 mm,respectively,the prototypes were tested,and the measured results were basically consistent with the theoretical calculated values,and the deviation was within 0.2 mm,which verifies the correctness of this method.The study provides a theoretical basis for the design of the finished product output mechanism in the cartoning machine.
