冷炎教授运用经方辨证组合治疗腹痛医案四则

腹痛病因复杂,迁延难愈,长期影响患者的情绪及生活质量。《伤寒杂病论》具备完善的理法方药体系,经方用药精当、配伍严谨、效如桴鼓。“经方辨证组合”治疗策略是冷炎教授尊崇并大力倡导的学术思想,是其对《伤寒杂病论》“方证对应”思想理论的凝练与拓展。笔者共整理冷炎教授辨治腹痛的临证治验四则:急性胰腺炎案、糜烂性胃炎案、结肠脾曲综合征案、重度营养不良伴胃下垂案,总结其临证辨治思路与方法,以飨同道。

The causes of abdominal pain are complex,prolonged,and difficult to cure,affecting patients'mood and quality of life over the long term.“Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”has a complete system of principles,methods,and medications,with precise application of classic prescriptions,rigorous formulation,and effective results.The treatment strategy of"combination of prescription and syndrome differentiation"is a scholarly viewpoint that Professor Leng Yan highly respects and strongly advocates,and it is his refinement and expansion of the"Prescription Symptom Correspondence"theory in the“Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”.The authors have sorted out four clinical cases of Professor Leng Yan's diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pain:acute pancreatitis case,erosive gastritis case,colon and splenic syndrome case,and severe malnutrition with gastric ptosis case.We summarized his clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods,so as to provide Chinese medicine clinical case studies.
