胃底腺黏膜谱系肿瘤的研究现状及展望

Current status and future prospects of gastric epithelial neoplasm of fundic-gland mucosa lineage

摘要 胃底腺黏膜谱系肿瘤是一类在组织病理学层面对胃底腺黏膜分化的上皮性肿瘤的疾病统称,可以分为泌酸腺腺瘤、胃底腺型胃癌、胃底腺黏膜型胃腺癌3型。目前关于胃底腺黏膜谱系肿瘤的针对性研究较少,在分类、诊断及治疗方面尚无明确规范。就胃底腺黏膜谱系肿瘤的概念演化及分类、临床特点、内镜下表现、病理学特征、发病机制及治疗进行综述,以期提高胃底腺黏膜谱系肿瘤的诊疗水平。
