基层医院新生儿科早产儿药学监护实践体会

Practice of Pharmaceutical Care of Preterm Infants in Neonatology Department of Primary Hospitals

对2021年9月—2022年2月在广州市荔湾区妇幼保健院分娩后收入新生儿科的胎龄在28~35周、住院时间>24 h的2例患儿进行药学监护。通过药学监护实践,临床药师制定药学监护流程,参与医师制定、优化药物治疗方案,取得了一定的临床效果,提高医院合理用药水平,使得抗菌药物使用更加趋于合理,住院药品费用有一定下降。

Pharmaceutical care was carried out on two cases of infants with gestational age of 28-35 weeks and hospitalization time over 24 hours who were admitted to the neonatology department after delivery in Guangzhou Liwan Maternal&Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to February 2022.Through pharmaceutical care clinical pharmacist developed the pharmaceutical protocol,participated in the development of therapy plan with clinical physicians.It contributed to improving the rational use of medication in hospitals,and also reducing inpatient drug costs.
