阿奇霉素联合妇科凝胶治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Azithromycin with Gynecological Gel in the Treatment of Nongonococcal Cervicitis

目的:分析阿奇霉素联合妇科凝胶治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月社区卫生服务中心妇产科收治的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予阿奇霉素联合甲硝唑栓治疗,研究组给予阿奇霉素联合妇科凝胶治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平与前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平、临床症状改善时间、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);两组白细胞介素-4、肿瘤坏死因子-α、PGE2水平均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿痛、下腹疼痛、腰酸、白带异常恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中联合运用妇科凝胶与阿奇霉素治疗的效果相优于阿奇霉素联合甲硝唑栓治疗的效果,可改善患者体内炎性因子水平,缩短症状改善时间,且不良反应少,安全性高,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:to analyze the effect of azithromycin combined with gynecological gel in the treatment of nongonococcal cer⁃vicitis.Methods:60 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Com⁃munity Health Service Center from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group of 30 cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given azithromycin with metronidazole suppository,and the study group was given azithromycin combined with gynecological gel.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)level,clinical symptom relief time,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);the levels of interleukin-4,tumor necrosis factor-α,and PGE2 were reduced in the two groups,and those of the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the relief time of painful urination,lower abdominal pain,lumbar acidity,and leucorrhoea abnormality were shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:In the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis,administration of gynecological gel with azithromy⁃cin is superior to that of azithromycin combined with metronidazole suppository,which can improve the level of inflammatory fac⁃tors in patients,shorten the relief time of symptom,and have fewer adverse reactions.
