沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片对高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

Therapeutic Efficacy of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in Patients with Hypertension and Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月长春通源医院收治的高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。比较两组患者临床干预效果。结果:观察组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);治疗后,两组患者左心室射血分数、左心室短轴缩短率水平均升高,观察组高于对照组;治疗后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,观察组高于对照组;治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗的效果显著,能够进一步改善患者的心功能、血压水平,提升其生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets applied to patients with hypertension combined with chronic heart failure.Methods:84 patients with hypertension combined with chronic heart failure admitted to Changchun Tongyuan Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group adopting the randomized numerical table method,each with 42 cases.The control group was given a conventional therapy,and the observation group was given sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on the basis of the con⁃trol group.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared between two groups.Results:the total effective rate of therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P=0.013);after the treatment,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening of patients of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group;af⁃ter the treatment,the quality-of-life scores of the patients of the two groups increased,d the observation group was higher than that of the control group;after treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion:The therapeutic effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in treating patients with hypertension and chronic heart fail⁃ure is remarkable,and it can further improve the cardiac function and blood pressure level of the patients and enhance their quali⁃ty of life,and it is safe.
