医护一体化护理对川崎病患儿的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Integrated Nursing Care on Children with Kawasaki Disease

目的:分析医护一体化护理对川崎病患儿的护理效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年4月广州医科大学附属第四医院收治的40例川崎病患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化护理。比较两组治疗依从性、护理满意度及护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分均较前改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理可提高川崎病患儿的治疗依从性与护理满意度,改善患儿的负面情绪与生活质量,可应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of integrated nursing care on children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:Forty children with Kawasaki disease admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group re⁃ceived routine nursing,while the observation group received integrated nursing care.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfac⁃tion,anxiety and depression,quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life in the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing care can improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of children with Kawasaki disease,and improve their negative emotions and quality of life,which can be applied and promoted.
