疼痛护理对新生儿重症监护室患儿疼痛缓解效果及满意度的影响

Pain care Intervention for infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU): Pain-relief Effect and its Satisfaction

目的:研究疼痛护理对新生儿重症监护室患儿疼痛缓解效果及满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年3月南京市妇幼保健院新生儿重症监护室收治的患儿126例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予疼痛护理。比较两组睡眠时间、血氧饱和度、出新生儿重症监护室时间,护理满意度,疼痛评分。结果:观察组睡眠时间长于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,出新生儿重症监护室时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。观察组疼痛评分(2.18±1.84)分,对照组疼痛评分(4.38±1.76)分,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:疼痛护理干预能够缓解重症监护室新生儿的疼痛程度,有效提升新生儿的身体状况,提高家属的满意度,具有较强应用与推广价值。

Objective:To study the effect of pain nursing intervention in infants in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:126 in⁃fants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of Nanjing Women and Children's Healthcare Hospital from July 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 63 cas⁃es.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given pain care intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of sleep time,oxygen saturation,duration of stay in neonatal intensive care unit,nursing satisfaction,and pain score.Results:the observation group had longer sleep time than the control group,higher blood oxygen saturation than the control group,and shorter duration in the neonatal intensive care unit than the control group,with statistically significant differenc⁃es(P<0.001);the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.015).The pain score of the observation group(2.18±1.84)while the pain score of the control group(4.38±1.76),thus the scores in observation group is lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclu⁃sion:Pain nursing intervention can alleviate the pain level of neonates in intensive care unit;effectively improve the physical con⁃dition of neonates,the satisfaction of their families.
