达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的效果

Effect of Dapagliflozin Tablets Combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月平塘县人民医院收治的肥胖2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组采用达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗。比较两组血糖指标、身体质量指数(BMI)、并发症。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA_(1c)水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BMI水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BMI水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。结论:采用达格列净片与盐酸二甲双胍片联合治疗肥胖2型糖尿病能够有效控制患者的血糖水平和BMI,降低并发症的发生风险,达到较为理想的控制效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of dapagliflozin tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of eighty obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Pingtang County People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets.Blood glucose index,body mass index(BMI)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbA_(1c)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,BMI level of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).Conclusion:The combination of dapagliflozin tablets and metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose level and BMI of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and achieve a better control effect.
