阿奇霉素结合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Azithromycin Combined with Methylprednisolone in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

摘要 目的:观察肺炎支原体肺炎患儿应用阿奇霉素结合甲泼尼龙治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年10月余庆县人民医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿67例为研究对象,按照抽签的方式随机分为试验组(34例,阿奇霉素结合甲泼尼龙治疗)和对照组(33例,阿奇霉素治疗)。比较两组患儿临床症状消退时间、炎性指标及治疗效果。结果:试验组发热、咳嗽、肺部阴影、肺部啰音消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率水平均下降,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论:阿奇霉素结合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,可有效缩短患儿的康复时间,减轻炎性反应,降低不良反应发生率。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with methylprednisolone on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:Sixty-seven children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Zunyi Yuqing County People's Hospital from August 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into test group(34 cases,azithromycin combined with methylprednisolone)and control group(33 cases,azithromycin)according to the way of drawing lot.The time of clinical symptom resolution,inflammatory index and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The regression time of fever,cough,lung shadow and lung rales in test group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were decreased in both groups,and the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of therapeutic effect of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035);the incidence of adverse reactions in test group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Conclusion:The clinical effect of azithromycin combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is remarkable,which can effectively shorten the recovery time of children,reduce inflammatory reaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
