针灸联合康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨针灸联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年2月南宁市福利中医医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者110例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组实施康复训练干预,观察组实施康复训练联合针灸干预。比较两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、健康调查简表评分。结果:干预前,两组FMA、BBS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组FMA、BBS评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、精神生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、精神生活评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合康复训练干预可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢功能及平衡力,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb function recovery and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Nanning Welfare Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty-five cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group received rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion intervention.The scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Health Survey Summary Form were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FMA and BBS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the FMA and BBS scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and spiritual life between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and spiritual life of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lower extremity function and balance force of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and improve the quality of life.
