附子理中汤联合西药治疗脾胃病呃逆的效果

Effect of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Hiccup of Spleen and Stomach Disease

目的:探讨附子理中汤联合西药治疗脾胃病呃逆的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月溧阳市中医医院收治的脾胃病呃逆患者126例为研究对象,根据中心随机法分为对照组(63例,采用常规西药治疗)和治疗组(63例,在对照组基础上给予附子理中汤治疗)。比较两组临床效果、呃逆症状评分、呃逆发生次数、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015);治疗3、5、10 d后,两组呃逆症状评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组呃逆发生次数均减少,观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论:附子理中汤联合西药治疗脾胃病呃逆临床效果理想,可降低呃逆症状评分,减少呃逆发生次数,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction combined with western medicine on hiccup of spleen and stomach disease.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty-six patients with hiccup of spleen and stomach disease treated in Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(63 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(63 cases,treated with Fuzi Lizhong decoction on the basis of control group)according to central random method.The clinical effect,symptom score of hiccup,frequency of hiccup and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015);after 3,5 and 10 days of treatment,the scores of hiccup symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the occurrence times of hiccup decreased in both groups,and the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction combined with western medicine on hiccup of spleen and stomach disease is ideal,which can reduce the symptom score of hiccup,reduce the occurrence of hiccup,and has good safety.
