基于层次分析法进行点对点培训在提高住院病案首页质量中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨基于层次分析法进行点对点培训在提高住院病案首页质量中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月—2017年1月广东省第二人民医院住院部150例患者病案资料作为常规组,2017年4月—2020年4月150例患者病案资料作为研究组。常规组采用常规质控管理,研究组采用基于层次分析法进行点对点培训干预。比较两组病案首页质控情况,记录干预前后住院病案责任评分、病案甲级率和返修率。结果:研究组缺陷事件发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组积极性、团队精神、沟通协调能力及解决问题能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组甲级率高于常规组,返修率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于层次分析法进行点对点培训可提高住院病案首页质量,提高医护人员责任感,降低病案返修率。 Objective:To explore the application effect of peer-to-peer training based on hierarchical analysis in improving the quality of inpatient case home page.Methods:One hundred and fifty patient case data of the inpatient department of Guangdong Second People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the conventional group,and one hundred and fifty patient case data from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the study group.The routine group used conventional quality control management,and the study group used peer-to-peer training intervention based on hierarchical analysis.Compared the quality control of the first page of the case in the two groups,and recorded the responsibility score of hospitalized cases,case A rate and return rate before and after the intervention.Results:The incidence of defective events in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of motivation,team spirit,communication and coordination ability and problem solving ability of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);grade A rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the return rate was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer-to-peer training based on hierarchical analysis can improve the quality of the first page of inpatient cases,improve the sense of responsibility of medical staff,and reduce the rate of case return.
