消化内镜治疗上消化道出血的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Digestive Endoscopy on Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:观察上消化道出血患者应用消化内镜治疗的效果与价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年1月南华大学附属南华医院收治的上消化道出血患者90例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用消化内镜治疗法。比较两组临床疗效、止血时间、再出血率、并发症发生率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);观察组止血时间短于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于上消化道出血的患者采取消化内镜治疗,能显著缩短止血时间,再出血率较低,且治疗安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect and value of endoscopy treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:A to-tal of ninety patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding hemorrhage admitted to Nanhua Hospital Affiliated to the University of South China from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received digestive endoscopy.The clinical efficacy,hemostatic time,rebleeding rate,complication rate and adverse reac-tion rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);The hemostasis time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,digestive endoscopic therapy can significantly shorten the hemosta-sis time,lower the rate of rebleeding,and the treatment is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
