小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the Treatment of Vertigo after Stroke

目的:分析小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月宁海县中医医院收治中风后眩晕患者120例作为研究对象,根据计算机表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予地芬尼多片治疗,试验组给予小柴胡汤加减治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0003);治疗后,两组患者高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0229)。结论:小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕能取得显著的临床效果,可改善患者血液流变学相关指标,降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction on vertigo after stroke.Methods:A total of one hun-dred and twenty patients with vertigo after stroke treated in Ninghai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to com-puter table method.The control group was treated with diphenidol tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction.The clinical therapeutic effect,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P=0.0003);After treatment,the high-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen water in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0229).Conclusion:Xiaochaihu decoction can achieve significant clinical effect in the treatment of vertigo after stroke,improve the related indexes of hemorheology of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
